Job Purpose:
Supervise GSA Airlines staff.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Supervises and coordinates the activities for staff evolved in GSA section.
  2. Adjusts disputes between customers and agents as well as travel consultants.
  3. Prepares reports of revenues and shares it with the management.
  4. Review the travel consultant reports before sending to various airlines.
  5. Participate with other departments to increase the airlines represented and work on new market opportunities.
  6. Maintains records of data such as weight and location of passengers and mail to insure the complaisance with the load specifications.
  7. Reviewing the Monthly Financial Reports of existing operations as entrusted and suggest actions for improvement in key performance indicator areas.

Minimum Requirement:
  • Graduation management
  • 5 years experience, at least 4 years in the same field
  • Matured and self motivated
  • Leadership qualities and team building spirit
  • High problem solving skills and ability to think under pressure
