Job Purpose:
Provide superior and a consistent quality of travel services to corporate and retail.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Directly interact with suppliers/clients and potential clients/requirements.
  2. Sell, book and confirm inbound tours and related products.
  3. Ensure the implementation of all sales policies and procedures.
  4. Maintain service levels and achieve monthly/annual targets.
  5. Maintain excellent relations with business associates and trade partners.
  6. Maintain excellent relations with clients/customers & liaising with finance department for official or accountable documents collecting & reporting.
  7. Ensure all customers booked services are delivered in high quality levels.
  8. Handles customers complaints and act accordingly.
  9. Keep and update client's profiles and database.
  10. Offer support to other Travel Consultants in other sections if required.
  11. Any other tasks assigned to him by his line manager.

Minimum Requirement:
  • High School or equivalent level. Diploma is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years tours experience in inbound operations.
  • Excellent relations with hotels and land suppliers.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE tourism product.
  • Knowledge of UAE rules and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written English is a must. Any other foreign language would be preferred.
