JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator
REPORT TO: Product Manager

  • In addition to general administrative support of the marketing department, the position will be responsible for planning, day-to-day operations of the marketing programs, public relations support, tradeshow coordination, special event and assistance with social media and web campaigns.

  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; proposing marketing and advertising activities , plans, and objectives;
  • Planning and organizing promotional art work presentations; updating calendar in collaboration with product and brand team.
  • Investigate competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns via tradeshow and event management, public relations, direct mail, web and social media in collaboration with the company's outside advertising and PR agencies and under the supervision of the Marketing & Product Manager
  • Support of public relations campaigns which includes the development of press releases related to new products and PMEA and BP's programs
  • Assistance with the development of a new global website - content organization and management of ongoing updates
  • Support of the company's social media campaign including frequent monitoring of and activity on Face Book and YouTube pages
  • General administrative support of the product and brand team: report processing, sales force support and project budget reviews
  • Maintain inventory of sales collateral materials, promotional items and product samples
  • Coordinate logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Supports sales and product team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
  • Monitors marketing budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Plans meetings with 3PM by identifying, assembling, and coordinating product and branding requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
  • Updates BP's marketing team knowledge by conducting in orientation and training program.
  • Tracks BP's marketing activities by maintain monthly update on events and programs.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
