Job Purpose:
To recruit experienced Sales Executives for commercial pick-up trucks and buses to work within UAE our UAE based operations; in order to meet the growing demand in commercial trucks & buses industry and to capture new business.

Principal Accountabilities:
The main duties of Sales Executive within the role will be:
  1. Work closely with the sales admin and marketing staff as a good team player and provide support whenever required.
  2. Maintain a high level of integrity while performing the above functions. The candidate will be responsible for following tasks.
  3. Achieve monthly annual sales targets for units, light pick-ups and buses.
  4. Achieve pre-determined gross margin on sales.
  5. Give a regular feedback on the market & competitors' activities to the management via prompt and regular reporting.
  6. Enhance customer base in the designated region.
  7. Achieve and maintain high CSI rating.
  8. Pro-active involvement and contribution towards the growth of the LCV & buses.
  9. Work within the parameters of company guidelines.
  10. Arrange and facilitate meetings between principals and customers whenever required, for market survey exercises.
  11. Company Sales and Prospecting Systems: Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems. By daily market visits, achieve/exceed the Client on number of prospects logged which ensures achievement of company's business objectives and a larger customer/prospect base.

Minimum Requirement:
  • Degree in Engineering, Commerce or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience in the commercial vehicles sales or related industry, with at least 1 year working within the local UAE market
  • Adequate knowledge of the local pick-up (trucks, Buses market)
  • Adequate technical knowledge of trucks and super structures
  • Should have an existing customer base in the local market for commercial vehicles
  • Should have a valid UAE driving license
  • Good computer skills and thorough knowledge of MS office
  • Excellent communications and negotiation skills
  • Good command in English language (both written & spoken)
  • Good command of spoken Arabic
