Job Purpose:
To develop and conduct sales activity for the assigned product and market, to achieve maximum profitability and growth, in line with the company vision and values.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Establishes and implements sales and marketing strategies of the department and ensure sales with maximum possible margin.
  2. Take part in the client's order negotiations involving pricing and credit decisions, to ensure that every order is commercially viable.
  3. Maintains current market information in terms of pricing, market share and competitors activity.
  4. Stays updated with any changes in specifications of the other products and liaises with the manufacturer to get all technical support.
  5. Recommends stock order according to market demand, ensuring optimum inventory level.
  6. Ensures maximum client support service, coordinates with the Service and Spare Parts Department to assure client's satisfaction.
  7. Assists in warranty related issues and negotiates with principals for a decision that would be beneficial to both customer and the company.
  8. Assists and advises the client on the purchase maintenance contracts.
  9. Reports weekly visits to clients, quotation status reports and performance reports to Sales Manager.

Minimum Requirement:
  • B. Sc in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in the same industry
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Technical knowledge
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information promptly
  • Team player and articulate personality
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
  • UAE driving license is required
