Job Title : FLEET SALES EXECUTIVE

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Achieve or exceed or exceeding allocated sales Client to contribute to company's sales and returns objectives.
  2. Follow the sales process standards (Prospecting, meeting, negotiating, delivering, etc.) to deliver highest lead of customer service to achieve company's objectives of customer loyalty and retention.
  3. Maintaining awareness of automotive industry, technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis and Auto Finance knowledge to help achieve personal Client and company's objectives and provide feedback for future planning.
  4. Provide weekly and monthly action plans and daily sales activities report to direct manager to ensure Client and other KPI's are on track.
  5. Keeping records and documentation to be aligned with rules, policies, regulations and procedures.
  6. Create, maintain and provide accurate timely sales reports and forecast.
  7. Maintain, develop and build relations with existing and new customers via meeting, calls, emails.

Minimum Requirement:
  • University Degree in Business or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience in sales (preferably in Auto Sales or Auto Finance)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English language
  • UAE driver's license and own a car
  • Team player
  • Self motivated and ability to work under pressure
  • Microsoft applications ability to work on
