Our client an oil and gas sector is looking forward to recruit for the position of "Ethics and Integrity Auditor in Abu Dhabi.
Job Details
  • Ensure that processes are in place to establish and implement culture that promotes prevention, detection and resolution of instances of wrongful conduct that do not conform to organizational policies, labor and all other applicable national laws or regulations to set the Company's response to complaints of suspected or actual misconduct.
  • Plan and conduct orientation for new comers and refresher sessions for existing staff on awareness of the usage of Company Whistle Blower procedure for reporting of unethical issues/non compliances.
  • Conduct initial inquiry including fact gathering & establishment, reporting and presentation to management on the reported issues of employee's integrity and unethical acts.
  • Conduct full investigation as per management's direction and conclude, finalize, and report including liaising with other parities of investigation such as HR, Legal etc.
  • Respond to the quarry/concerns raised within organization as regards to ethics.
  • Maintain, publicize and handle Company's Anonymous Feedback Link and Ethics Helpline for reporting unethical acts.
  • Ensure that all employees in the company with a need to know suitably informed about the incident and the company's response.
  • Participate in the process of advising management on ethical aspects of decision making.
  • Respond to suspected violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures and standards of conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedure as well as developing and overseeing a system for handling such violations.
  • Maintain proper records of detected violations and actions taken by management for audit trail.
  • Minimum Educational qualifications: Degree, preferably with a Major in Accounting and Professional Accounting or Audit Qualification i.e.
  • Minimum years of relevant experience: 8 years of relevant experience preferably in handling Ethics and Integrity matters in a corporate environment.
