Training Coordinator

Education qualification: Minimum graduation in any discipline

Salary: AED 7,000 /-

Years of exp: Minimum 2 years

Key Skills required
  • Excellent knowledge of computers, especially MS Excel
  • Experience in using Oracle desirable

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate multiple training sessions from start to finish within required timeframes.
  • Update data on the internal systems and maintain employee training records
  • Provide feedback to program participants and management
  • Prepare various reports and dashboards from various data sources (excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills needed)
  • Track and report on training outcomes
  • Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
  • Website content editing
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
  • Participate in key projects of the business
  • Ad-hoc projects / tasks
  • Coordinate off-site training activities for employees (including Abu Dhabi & Dubai)
  • Tracking learning budget on a daily basis
