Issuance of cheques for banking related activities which include preparing bank instructions, remittance requests, cheque payments made from his personal accounts.
Responsible for petty cash (MI Personal only).

Maintaining files, MI personal as and when necessary
Maintaining contact database
Coordinating with building management, security permit for guests, delivery, permit to work, etc.
Support and coordinate with other staff members/senior staff as and when required.
Oversee office requirements.
Check for the expiry and renewal of P.O. Box
Do Car rental booking, restaurants, hotels and conference rooms booking
Look after the medical cover of staff. This includes looking after renewal each year
Utility Bill payment (Office PAK/DMCC and MI personal)
Changing the backup disk 3x a week
To manage all the IT functions in the office including managing IT system, equipment, maintenance, back up, email administration, domain administration, website administration, maintain corporate brochure and presentations for PAK and Mozambique
To manage the portal for SASS and PAK DMCC including visa and trade license issuance and renewal
Tackle all the office maintenance and IT requirement including furniture, pantry and telephone

Arrange requirements for licenses (PAK and PAK DMCC) renewal, update of address, etc.
Coordination and constant follow up with PRO for administration requirements, i.e. inspections from Department of Economic Development, Labor, etc.
Visa renewal, labor cards renewal, and insurance renewal for all Company staff including update and maintenance of personnel files for all the staff
Organise and schedule appraisals for all the staff . Design an appraisal policy with assistance of Sumera and work on that.
Assist senior staff with recruitment duties as and when required
Assist senior staff with notices, staff settlement, holidays, warnings, reminders terminations, grievanceratuity will be handled by Sumera Mughal.
