EMS Branch Manager
Job Purpose:
  • Launch and manage new branch in Abu-Dhabi operations.
  • Control and meet assigned branch budget and business plan with regards to sales, business development, revenue and profitability, in line with EMS culture.
  • Manage branch resources to minimize costs, maximize productivity and achieve customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Implement Sales, Installation and After Sales strategies and policies as elaborated by EMS business unit.
Principal Accountabilities
  • Oversee the activities of all branch departments by monitoring performance work progress and objectives achievement in conjunction with branch Department Managers.
  • Prepare and present the branch's annual budget.
  • Provide advice and guidance to team members for problem resolution, technical know-how and best practices I
  • Monitor progress of each department and provide input to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Coach team members to ensure individual and department objectives are achieved, and provide support and guidance for performance improvement issues and career planning efforts
  • Lead growth of new customer base to increase sales and revenues. I
  • Lead the branch efforts to continuously improve relationships with customers and deliver exceptional customer service at all levels and point of contact.
  • Develop and maintain a business network with strategic and/ or high-profile customers, in both the Sales and After Sales Departments.
  • Prepare and carry out department managers' meetings.
  • Prepare and analyze reports for monthly sales revenues and forecast, mark t position, penetration ratios, customer satisfaction, competition studies, after sales revenues and orecast and after sales customer retention.
Minimum
  • Engineering degree.
  • English and Arabic speaking and writing.
  • MBA is a plus.
