Job Purpose - To attend the retail clients and to achieve the given annual sales Client
Job description
  • Listening to customer requirements and recommend, select and help locate the right merchandise
  • Describe a product's features, use and benefits
  • Provide information about quality, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options
  • Receive and process cash, check and charge/credit payments
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails; responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
  • Following up with retail coordinator to check the progress of existing orders;
  • Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock;
  • Sending sales and footfall reports to the office
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Arrange and display merchandise as per brand standards
  • To take daily and weekly stock inventory
  • To make stock requisitions for replenishments and new collections.
  • Maintain showroom ambience and tidiness.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Should have minimum 4 to 5 years relevant work experience in the field.
  • Valid UAE drivers license
  • Dynamic appearance and personality , good communication skills and ability
  • To work under any required circumstances.
