Group of companies from UAE is looking forward to hire GENERAL MANAGER for their contracting division.
General Manager
Department: Technical Supplies & Contracting
Job Purpose: As Unit Head to direct the formulation, Implementation of policies for the Technical Supplies and Contracts Division to secure and execute supply, installation and service contract orders to meet the corporate strategy.

Principal Accountabilities
Responsible for revenue generation across products and Emirates and ensure yields across products through division managers and country managers.
Ensure quality of division managers, country managers and distributer activities across the UAE
Implementation of invoicing and receivables collection targets across all UAE Emirates.
Responsible for interacting with International Principals on technical support and commercial matters
Keep a tab on pricing structures, gross margin and profitability
Responsible for Sales, Marketing and Works through Division Managers and Country Managers to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives
Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model
Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brands strategy
Preview distributor performance through Division Managers and Country Managers and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps
Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share
Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss Client status, product training and sales strategy
Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received from Divisions and also distributor feedback
Ensuring all approvals related to consultants and other Government authorized bodies are made in a proper and timely manner.
Coordinate with service and support departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system.
Full compliance with internal group and corporate processes and procedures as well as quality and safety regulations up to the highest standards.

Minimum Requirement
Education:
MBA (Marketing & Sales) with 10 15 years sales experience, at least 5 at a senior managerial level, with field sales experience and demonstrated levels of performance across varied situations in the domain of building materials and technical supplies relevant to the construction industry, a BE in Mechanical Engineering would be an asset.
Good working knowledge of computers.
