Job Title : PROJECT SECRETARY
Reports To : Project Manager
Department : EMW Contracting

Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support to management of the Project through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Secretarial Work for the Entire Project (For the Management & All Engineers).
  2. Receiving and Dispatching Documents from Different bodies on Daily Basis.
  3. Coordination with Projects' Personnel for all day to day activities.
  4. Preparation of debit Notes/Bills for the Project.
  5. Maintaining Petty Cash.
  6. Attending the Telephone Calls from Suppliers, Sub-Contractors, Site staff & Clients.
  7. Arranging Document Delivery/Collection from the Head Office, Client, and Consultant for the project.
  8. Handling Stationeries of the Project Office.

Minimum Requirement:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Proficient in use of relevant software application Word, Excel, etc.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Age - 25-35
