Our client, group of companies, is hiring candidate for below position:

Job title: BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER

Reports To: C & S President

Department: C & S President Office

Business: Contracting BUs Level

Job Purpose:
The Business Process Improvement Manager will be responsible to improve and instill Best-in-Class processes and system and enforce Quality focused culture at the contracting Business Units leading to achieving continual improvement in line with Group Strategic Directions.

Principal Accountabilities
A.Six sigma
  1. Establish and implement Lean Six Sigma Methodology across JAM C & S Bus to help them eliminating waste and improving process and controls.
  2. Deliver Six Sigma Training and coach Green Belts to achieve business results through Six Sigma projects
  3. Develop and Implement Key Performance/Process Metrics that help track Processes Effectiveness and Efficiency.
  4. Develop and Update Processes and relevant Standard Forms at C & S Business Units levels to drive Business Excellence.
  5. Conduct Gap Analysis of Operating Processes at C & S Bus Level and draft action plans that help drive Process Improvement Initiatives.
  6. Co-ordinate and Liaise with Group and Business Units Executives to consult and lead the Process Improvement Initiatives that help simplify process, reduce costs and improve lead time.
B.Integrated Management System (ISO Standards)
  1. Implement and Manage the Integrated management Systems in order to streamline Operational Processes and Procedures, eliminate Duplication and improve Information Management. Build/Update/maintain the Integrated Management Systems Manual at C & S Business Units level to help JAM Group meet Quality Standards.
  2. Manage the Internal IMS Audit Programs and establish relevant Monitoring Mechanisms to ensure consistent adherence to Integrated management Systems Standards.
  3. Appoint and Train IMS Coordinators, selected across C & S Business Units, to create Employee Awareness and to ensure effective IMS Implementation across JAM Group.
C.Stakeholder Management
  1. Manage Benchmarking Process at C & S Business Units that help driving the Strategic Initiatives in order to achieve the Corporate Objectives at the Group and BU level.
  2. Drive Knowledge Management Process with different Stakeholders within C & S to leverage upon and thereby ensure optimum resource Utilization.
  3. Responsible to Drive Mystery Shopper Programs and Conduct Periodic Surveys and Interviews with Customers, Partners and Suppliers to help drive the Business Excellence Initiatives.

Minimum requirement:
  • Industrial Engineering or MBA.
  • 2-3 years Master Black Belt Sis Sigma.
  • Working knowledge of ISO Standards and management of quality records; EHS, Information Security Lead Assessor desirable.
  • Computer proficiency, and comfort with various software including Microsoft Project.
  • High energy individual with demonstrated ability to motivate self and others.
  • Experience in management of change.
  • Project management/consultant experience desirable.
  • Strong process orientation skills/ability to develop enterprise-wise solutions.
  • Advanced presentation skills/experienced trainer and facilitator.
  • Good analytical and organization skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, have a proactive approach and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, including the ability to research and simplify complex situations.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English language.
