Job Purpose:

To market and sell retail banking products to potential customers in order to develop retail portfolio of branches.


Minimum Qualification: H.S.C.

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years practical experience in similar position with already established cliental base

Functional Skills:
  • Retail Banking Product Knowledge, Good Market exposure of retail.
  • Verbal & Oral communication skills with good hand writing

Generic Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with immaculate appearance with a strong empathy in cliental relationship with pro-active approach and good positive attitude.
  • Hard working individual with totally customer focused outlook.
  • Strong ability to plan, self-manage and achieve the required sales targets.
