Our client a government based company is looking forward to recruit Customer Service Coordinator in Abu Dhabi.

Job Duties
  • Acts as the first point of contact for all internal and external contacts
  • Greets all visitors to the office, including clients, visitors, suppliers, consultants and job candidates, in a professional manner.
  • Determines nature of visit and directs the guest to the most appropriate contact within the office.
  • Re-directs visitors by assisting with re-scheduling of the visit if required, providing information as necessary or referring them to an appropriate source of information.
  • Ensures that the reception area is maintained, kept tidy and attractive for personal callers
  • Ensures that no person enters the main office without registering their visit in the visitors log.
  • Receives telephone calls, Determines nature of call/enquiry
  • Directs callers to destination within the office or elsewhere, Provides information about the caller to relevant party within the company who can best assist
  • Operates switchboard to connect, hold, transfer and disconnect calls
  • Coordinates and manages the general post/mail and courier interactions
  • Works as part of team, delivering own tasks in line with deadlines and standards and supporting others to achieve their goals
  • Maintains and updates the lists of relevant external contacts and suppliers
  • Co-ordinates the use of meeting and board rooms
  • Assists with overflow general administrative work
  • Regular reporting to Line Manager, updating on status and flagging any barriers to success

Knowledge and Experience Vocational training with over 3 years work experience.

  • High School certificate or higher
  • ICDL an advantage
