Division Manager - Carpets & Curtains

  1. Prepare the annual sales and profit budget and submit it for president approval in order to set direction for the division
  2. Optimise HR, operational and logistics costs to monitor division expenses.
  3. Co-ordinate shared services with related business units to ensure smooth functioning of the division
  4. Implement approved incentive scheme for staff & dealers to foster staff motivation
  5. Complete inventory management of the division to ensure adequate stock level, avoid ageing and monitor the purchase plan in the budget. Finalise annual business plan with the supplier after approval of the top management to regulate the relation with suppliers and clear understanding of the work flow each year
  6. Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers regularly to optimize costs.
  7. Manage overall dealer sales activities and outstanding
  8. And arrange approval of required dealer credit facility to monitor sales and build a database of approved dealers.
  9. Finalize and regularly update the pricing policy to ensure price competitiveness.
  10. Monitor receivable collection in line with the group policy to streamline cash flow
  11. Conduct staff performance appraisal to monitor staff performance and plan and recruit required Client to fill in talent gaps.
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum Experience of 7 Years in a senior role in the furniture industry.
  • Proficiency in English
