Our client, a government based Oil and Gas Company is looking forward to recruit “Catering & Recreation Supervisor (Off Shore)” in Abu Dhabi.
It’s a Contract Hire Position.
Job Description

  • Having Diploma / Degree in catering and hospitality from an institute of international repute.
  • Minimum 10 years’ of experience in catering.
  • Performing effective and efficient management of all delivery of all Food and Beverages operations provided by Contractor Catering Company, with the aim that they provide the highest level of Customer Services, Food Quality and Quantity, HACCP System, Hygiene as per HSE regulation.
  • Work/Leave Cycle: 35/28 (i.e. 35 working days on, followed by 28 days off).
  • Supervise catering activities ensuring services provided are up to standards, in compliance with agreements and meets expectations.
  • Provide guidance and advice on all catering related matters.
  • Coordinate with catering service providers on all events and functions and
  • Regularly review proposed menus in all areas and ensure compliance with contract term and conditions.
  • Ensure that the required hygiene standards are met and observed in all locations.
  • Conduct regular inspections on catering facilities and ensure quality of prepared menus meets the specified standards.
  • Set procedures and a system to follow up on all catering related matters and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with all parties to discuss requirement, provide guidance and coordinate with catering contractor to provide service in accordance with contract and that meets expectations.
  • Ensure the Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times.

Minimum Requirements:
Preferable to have an Arab national or Arabic/English Speaking candidates with a good knowledge in Catering,
Having a previous experience in Middle East and familiar with Khaleeji food recipes as they will be interfering/dealing with different levels of personnel in different areas including Plant and UAE Shift employees.
