Our reputed client, a Government based Company into Funds is looking forward to recruit for the position of "Chief Financial Analyst” in Abu Dhabi; UAE.
Job Purpose:
Analysis of financial statements of projects and companies invested with a view to monitoring and evaluating their financial performance
Organizational Relations:

  • Companies in which the Fund contributes
  • Corporate analysts
  • Investment fund managers
  • Banks
Job Responsibilities:
  • Follow the news of the companies contributed by the Fund and provide important information for making decisions and identifying weaknesses, strengths and other information.
  • Preparation of contribution assessment reports.
  • Preparation of feasibility studies and evaluation studies for projects and companies where the fund intends to invest.
  • Follow up on the laws governing the stock exchange in countries where the fund owns and ensures that the Fund is committed to its companies.
  • Making sure that the profits from the investments are collected and made necessary.
  • Provide the Director of the section with the necessary information on the performance of the companies in which the fund invests and evaluates.
  • To monitor economic and financial conditions in domestic and international capital markets.
Perform any other tasks assigned to it by the section manager.
  • Research and offer investment opportunities.
  • Update the procedures in the section.
  • Update the Investment policy for the section.
  • Update the approved strategy for the section.
  • Review the financial statements of the companies contributing and report them to the section manager.
  • Analysis of investment opportunities and report thereon to the Section manager.
  • Confirm, update and execute all the political procedures of the section and update them if necessary
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Prefers the Financial Analysis Certificate campaign (CFA)
