Role is for 12 mths, with extension based on performance

A Finance Analyst I is responsible for the management of the financial activities for IT cost centers

The role involves working closely with the Client team and product line suppliers to manage the day to day financials of these products (10-12 in total, including telephony, desk top sets, IT servers, network etc).

Candidate will be using EXCEL pivot tables to review, analyze and track the data (POs, invoices, expense items and billing processes).

An inquisitive candidate willing to troubleshoot and provide process improvement will work well.

Key responsibilities essential functions include:
- Financial Analysis & Mgt: Contributes to developing estimates, operating plans forecasts reviews
- Expense Management: invoice & expense management, submitting invoices for processing, ensuring payment
- Billing Management: manage the billing of IT Services to customers
- Develop and improve financial processes
- Finance reporting tools, Management reporting tools, budgeting and estimating processes, for regional and segment P&L's
- Project Financial Support: work with IT leaders to develop financial models for initiatives/new product offerings

Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or High School Diploma GED and minimum of 1-2 years financial work experience including expense/billing management & managing operating plans
