Title: Senior Business Technology Liaison (Senior IT Business Functional Analyst)
Location: Wayne, PA
Opportunity: The Global IT team is looking for a Senior Business Technology Liaison to help shepherd large, complex projects within a variety of business engagements and support groups in an agile environment. This role requires the ability to interface with all levels of the business and may need to assist in managing the demand for IT services for assigned engagements.  Strong writing and technical knowledge are required. Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

Responsibilities:
  • Work with business partners to establish clear vision and scope of initial project requests
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and leadership
  • Act as Product Owner for functional teams prioritizing business stakeholder requirements
  • Help bridge product requirements to development & engineering plans. Ability to build consensus around recommendations and gain alignment across all stakeholders
  • Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.  Serve as a point of escalation for risks and issues.
  • Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones
  • Create user stories and other associated artifacts to ensure technology value delivery
  • Understands scope of influence and when to engage management support. 
  • Serves as a mentor to developing Client and Product Owners by participating in project meetings and providing feedback and coaching.
  • Can act as Project Manager as needed
  • Can function as Business Analyst as needed
 
 
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of requirement elicitation and refinement
  • 5 years of experience building use cases for enterprise applications
  • 5 years of experience building process flows of varying complexity
  • At least 5 years hands on project management experience leading multiple projects (2-4 projects of substantial complexity and duration) simultaneously through the Project Life Cycle.  Experience working within an Agile environment highly preferred;
  • At least 2 years project estimation, budgeting and scheduling experience with development projects
  • Experience delivering SaaS applications
  • Must have the ability to effectively work in a team environment, as well as independently or as an individual contributor
  • Comfortable producing and presenting innovative solutions.  This includes regular demos to business stakeholders during the lifecycle of the project
  • Extensive Business Analysis/Project Management skills with knowledge of software development, virtualization, data communication and networking concepts and technologies
  • Knowledge of different agile methodologies necessary (Scrum, Kanban, TDD, LeSS, SAFe)
  • Very strong customer service, interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written)
  • Proven experience leading and directing technical staff through crisis situations
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and technologies
  • Proven ability to improve operational efficiency by driving standardization and automation
  • Ability to prioritize and work on competing and/or conflicting tasks simultaneously
  • Solid presentation and negotiation skills
 
Preferred Qualities:
  • Working knowledge of Jira/Confluence and SharePoint a major plus
  • Design experience with CRM platforms
  • Integration experience with middleware platforms
  • Any of the following certifications are desired: PMP ®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-PBA®, CCBA®, CBAP®, CSP®, CSM®, CSPO®
  • Experience as a Product Owner
  • Salesforce.com Experience
