ASAP NEED!!!  Person who was supposed to start today backed out. 
 
This position is supporting a Market Vice President at Humana.  And this is very urgent role.
 
Person needs to be professional.  Candidate must be proficient in Outlook.  Will be scheduling meetings, etc.  Candidate will also be using Concur which is Humana's chosen travel system to book travel arrangements.  Concur is user-friendly and intuitive so someone who has worked in a travel arrangement system prior, will be able to figure this out easily.
 
Person must have been an Admin Assistant before supporting someone and all the tasks that go along with this. 
 
A lot of you do not have offices in California and recruit from afar.  Before you submit anyone, it is extremely important that you have talked to this person via facetime or Skype so that you can assess their skills, professionalism and communication skills as if you were sitting across from this person.  There is a good chance that we might choose the candidate based on your account of your candidate and a phone interview.  We expect that if you submit a candidate, you have met them and you are giving your stamp of approval.  This is going to be a great test of your ability as a supplier to deliver quality talent to Humana.
