The General Duties:
Hardware Troubleshooting and Break/Fix repairs of Laptops, Desktops & Mobile DevicesLEAD or VIP support experience
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain business continuity
Perform New hardware upgrades/installs including Data Backup/Migration in a Laptop and Desktop environment
Managing Objects and User Accounts in Active Directory
Ability to work independently in managing Customer Service Requests in order to meet Service Level Agreements
Maintaining a Professional demeanor at all times in providing outstanding Customer Service and Support to our End User Community

Role Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required
2 or more years of experience in a hands-on desk side support role required (once again, do not submit Help Desk candidates unless they have worked with their clients face to face in a corporate environment)
Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office software
Proficient with PC hardware
Excellent communication skills required.
Excellent Administrative skills required
A+ Certification required
Lenovo, Dell and Client certifications a plus Lead or VIP experience
