**Willing to drive from our Los Angeles site to our Costa Mesa site as this will be required on occasion. Transportation ability required along with valid License & Insurance – MVR required to CLEAR.
Field Resource
  • This role will be for an Onsite L2 technician to support both PC and MAC environments.
  • This role will be supporting VIP level clients.
  • This role will provide all hardware and software support, including system install and configuration, application install and system imaging, and hardware upgrades.
    This role will provide Network connectivity support, including support of network devices, printers, and network share setup.
  • This role will be supporting systems connected to virtual machines and will help setup and configure these setups.
  • This role will be responsible for training other technicians and will be responsible for creating SOPs documentation for both trainees and Management.
  • Excellent communication Skills both verbally and written.
  • Excellent soft skills, works well with Clients, and are highly professional
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Experience supporting eBiz and Marketing resources from a help desk
  • Organized, very thorough, and methodical in their approach to problem resolution
  • MAC certified or several years of MAC experience (AMCT Certification or similar preferred)
  • Preferably Casper certified
  • A+ or Client Certifications a plus
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office support in a professional environment. (Office 2010/2013 experience required)
  • Experienced with Windows 7/10 support in a professional environment.
  • Has a solid understanding of Network infrastructure.
  • Experience with ticket management, ticketing queue software.
  • Excellent documentation skills
