Responsibilities:-
• Respond to and resolve employee questions, concerns, and inquires relating to Sungard AS policies, procedures, events, HR systems and benefits
• Complete employment verifications
• Sungard AS Tuition Reimbursement Program Administration
• Update employee records in HRIS (oracle business edition)
• Assist with onboarding new employees to ensure all policy and compliance related requirements are complete
• Assist with HR Communications
• Various benefit administration responsibilities
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:
• College degree or equivalent work related experience preferred with a minimum of H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years industry experience within an HR or Customer Service Organization.
• Ability to effectively work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Desire to provide the highest levels of service to hiring managers, employees and applicants.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent Team work and team building skills.
• Extensive verbal & written, interpretive & persuasive communications
• Project management, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.

Preferred Qualities:
• Detail-minded, deadline-oriented and organized with the ability to work on many varied tasks under time pressures in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient with software including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Oracle products a plus.
• Ability to think outside the box and make best practice business decisions.
• Sense of urgency to meet rigid hiring and scheduling deadlines.
