 Job Description
 
  • We need a skilled asset analyst that has experience with asset management and discovery tools, good communication skills and would be required to understand the following tools that we use in support of asset management for this client
  • Service Now and Service Watch -Discovery tool
  • SCCM
  • CMDB - configuration management database
  • Casper (utilized for Apple device discovery)
  • AirWatch (mobile device)
 
  • The ideal candidate is one that has a strong technical background that can perform both pre-implementation advisor level interaction and service delivery activities in the area of enterprise asset management for both internal solution teams and external clients.
  • Responsible for driving the implementation and integration of a broad spectrum of enterprise asset management data sets (such as SCCM, ServiceNow and ServiceWatch, ADDM and LANDesk, and other similar data sets) into a best practice Asset Management Solution.
  • The candidate MUST BE well versed in ITIL v2/v3 and process and tool set implementation within a client environment in an industry best practice manner aligned with ITIL v2/v3.
 
The candidate will:
 
  • Perform Initial requirements from client and/or solution Team
  • Interface with Sales Pursuit, Solution Development, Transition and Operational Teams
  • Recommend, design and transition to operational use processes that meet client business requirements and Client best practices.
  • Work with CMDB SME and Implementation and Testing Teams to ensure data model is being populated in accordance with planned design.
  • Work with Account Teams to obtain client acceptance of implemented solution.
  • Work with Account Teams as needed in an on-going fashion to advise on process improvement and service delivery analysis.
  • The candidate must have strong presentation and oral & written skills and have the ability to interface at the CFO/CIO/CEO level.
  • Candidate must also have a pre-sales consulting background and strong business development skills to work with both partners and clients.
  • The selected candidate would also be expected to become well versed in all of Client's practice offerings in order to increase pull through opportunities, ensure maximum client exposure, and broaden our joint services and solutions approach.
