Job Description
  • General hardware break/fix of laptops, desktops.
  • Face to face troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software issues to maintain business continuity in a corporate environment.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripheral equipment.
  • Configure new hardware upgrades, installs, moves, adds, changes in a laptop and desktop environment.
  • Optimizing hardware/software/networking products and configurations as scripted and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
  • Intermediate experience Face to face Desktop PC support using Windows 7 & 10 (REQUIRED)
  • Experience with Active Directory User Management Tools
  • Experience with SCCM
  • Troubleshooting Network Shared drives
  • Troubleshooting and configuring Outlook
