  • General Hardware Troubleshooting and Break/Fix repairs of Laptops, Desktops & Mobile Devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain business continuity
  • Perform New hardware upgrades/installs including Data Backup/Migration in a Laptop and Desktop environment
  • Managing Objects and User Accounts in Active Directory
  • Ability to work independently in managing Customer Service Requests in order to meet Service Level Agreements
  • Maintaining a Professional demeanor at all times in providing outstanding Customer Service and Support to our End User Community

Role Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2 or more years of experience in a hands-on desk side support role required (once again, do not submit Help Desk candidates unless they have worked with their clients face to face in a corporate environment)
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office software
  • Proficient with PC hardware
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Excellent Administrative skills required
  • A+ Certification required
  • Lenovo, Dell and Client certifications a plus
