Job Title: Learning & Development Consultant
Pay Rate: $21.43/hour

Job Description:

The Application Services Learning & Development Consultant is responsible for contributing to, and implementing a global learning & development approach and framework in line with supporting the Client go-to-market strategy for Application Services solutions.
This individual will work with the business to plan, design and implement Application Services training programs for Client associates.
These programs can include online self-paced courses, virtual online training sessions, instructor-led classroom courses and any other methodologies and resources that support learning and retention.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learning Consulting & Collaboration The position is responsible for collaborating with business leaders, Human Resources, Instructional Designers, Marketing and Talent resources to anticipate future needs and benchmark trends and best practices for Application Services.
Learning & Development Approach & Framework:
The position is responsible for participating in the definition and refinement of a holistic, global approach for Application Services learning & development to help build a strong delivery, service and support bench to distinguish Client in the marketplace.
The position is also responsible for implementing a continuous learning framework integrating formal and informal learning.
The role is responsible for implementing learning & development on sound design principles and a set of critical competencies.
The position is responsible for leveraging different instructional strategies for formal, social and experiential learning.
Ultimately, the goal is to accelerate the time to competence, support continuous improvement, and enhance effectiveness.

Team Collaboration:
The role is expected to maximize team engagement through participation and collaboration with other team members in the achievement of shared goals.
The individual is expected to focus on the success of the overall team by creating a collaborative team environment by supporting the efforts of others.
The individual will also provide balanced feedback to peers and management, and openly receive feedback from others.
