TRAINER

Summary: Conducts training programs for current & new employees of organization by performing the following duties. Position will fill in when additional training resources are needed. App will be required to take calls or conduct Quality monitors when training is not being conducted.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Responsible for classroom set-up and maintenance of manuals and classroom.
  • Attend train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Provides floor support during transition.
  • Delivers material/information to students.
  • Teach all aspects of programs according to the client and company guidelines.
  • Develop job aids and interact with clients and production.
  • Produce quality agents, who know and understand the program's products, policies and procedures.
  • Maintains class roster and attrition reports and weekly productivity reports.
  • Trains new hires and conducts refresher courses.

Requirements

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Directly supervises 20-30 employees per training class.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning and directing work.

MUST HAVE SOME FORM OF PREVIOUS TRAINING AND/OR TEACHING EXPERIENCE!!!
