  • Will work with team on project goals
  • Willing to work flexible hours from 7 am to 5:30 PM
  • End User interfacing – Daily

  • Will work mostly alone in campus location, but accessible to other techs.

  • Equipment repair -skills with Dell and Lenovo equipment
  • Operating systems: Win XP thru Win8
  • Microsoft products, office and devices
  • Capable of assisting with end user equipment moves
  • (Customer software will be trained on)
  • Strong Desktop Support Software Services
  • Install, Move, Add, and De-install support skilled
  • Email: Exchange , Outlook experienced
  • Mobility products: iPhone, iPad, other
  • Experience with ticketing systems: Remedy
  • Will assist with Refreshing of equipment with data transfer
  • Will require a strong understanding and usage of Active Directory, Group Policy and OU – Operating Unit
  • Has worked with LANDesk or similar software distribution tool.
  • Will be assigned a campus building to service
  • Will also be part of team supporting the walkup (IT Counter)
  • Will be asked to verify conference room video and audio devices daily.
