  • Strong hardware and software installation and support experience.
  • Windows 7 expertise mandatory
  • Strong Apple Macintosh hardware and OSX skills required
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot printers and other peripherals.
  • Perform on IMACs and Break/Fix in a desktop support environment.
  • Daily tickets expected to be in the 3-6 range.
  • Work will include troubleshooting, IMAC delivery, hot swaps and asset tracking tasks.
Required Skills:
  • PC/laptop Hardware and software, Advanced
  • Windows XP, Experienced
  • Hardware Installation and Support, Experienced
  • Windows 7, Advanced
  • Apple Macintosh experience is required (any level)
  • Cisco VoIP experience is a plus
