 Provide on-site PC Deskside support in a Windows 8.1 operating environment.  Candidate will be working in an Expert Bar type of support environment where uses will present their technical problems at a centralized walk up support facility.  Candidate must be proficient with supporting the Window 8.1 operating system, Office 365, VPN access, system imaging, rapid deployment, asset management and be familiar with Remedy and Services Now task and ticket tracking systems.  Candidate must be A+ certified (other certification such as manufacturers certs a plus). Candidates should be able to follow a documented script to image or complete the final configuration of a pre-imaged PC.  Candidates will need to be very personable, professional, eager to assist users, and be adaptable to changing situations, priorities and processes and procedures.  Candidate must be able to communicate concisely both in speaking and in writing.
