- Expert level Apple Macintosh support, diagnosis and problem resolution abilities in a Windows multi- OS environment - Ability to work professionally with senior level executives in VIP environment - Analyze and recommend improvements in processes and procedures for MAC support and other efforts as designated - Audit MAC support environment and report findings as directed - Act as on-site escalation point for other on-site personnel - Supervisory leadership capabilities required - Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be able to present concepts, ideas and observations in a professional, objective manner that elicits customer confidence
