 Job Description:
Primary responsibility will be to assist with managing and administering Microsoft Service Manager, Configuration Manager, and Orchestrator and the Cireson Portal Suite. This includes resolving customer incidents.  This position will also include the development of reports from Service Manager based on customer requirements.  Position will work under the advice of a senior technical level employee or contractor.
Minimum qualifications:
• Microsoft System Center Service Manager at a medium level
• Microsoft Orchestrator at a medium level
• Microsoft Excel expertise at expert level
• Microsoft Word & Access at a user level
• PowerShell at an entry level
• Windows Server admin experience at a medium level
• SQL admin experience at an entry level
• Good customer relationship skills
• Desired: JavaScript experience at an entry level
• Desired: JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) experience at an entry level
• Desired: ITIL Foundations Certification
• Desired: SSRS and/or OLAP cube reporting expertise
• Desired: Cireson Portal skills
• Desired: Cireson Asset Management
Description of Work to Be Performed and the Specific Skill Sets Needed:
Specific Tasks:
• Installing and updating applications on servers
• Troubleshooting and resolving user reported issues.
• Configuring and tuning installed applications to meet customer needs and to improve performance.
• Use Excel, Word, Access, SSRS and/or OLAP cubes to generate reports as requested by users.

• Change Management
• Release Management
• Service Request
• Assist with administration of System Center Service Manager
