We are actively seeking to fill a technician position, working at our Redmond/Bellevue location. In this role, you will provide technical service support:
Hardware: diagnostics, troubleshooting and parts replacement on laptops and desktops.
Software: installation, configuration, and problem resolution in domain/Corp./network environment.
Required: Excellent understanding of the customer service business; 2+ years previous hands-on DeskSide support experience;
Desired: Experience replacing desktops/laptops components. CompTIA A+; 6 major OEM platform certifications - Dell, Client, Toshiba, Samsung, ASUS, Lenovo and Apple.
Responsibilities include: Install and implement connectivity and high-end systems products. Participate in the configuration and support of internal systems. Perform repair and parts replacement on desktops/laptops/tablets.
Monitor and document daily service activity. Demonstrate excellent customer service and customer interaction (via phone, e-mail, IM and face to face).
In this position, you will manage continuous improvement of service delivery, your schedule (demonstrate excellent time management) and your interaction with other departments. You will need to attain working knowledge of both routers and switches in local area networks and wide area networks, have a clear understanding of active directory utilizing group policies and SCCM. You must be proficient with Microsoft applications, Windows 8.1 and Server 2012 (Win10 referred)

Working schedule M-F 8 hours shifts between 7:00AM 6:00PM.
