IT Enterprise Contact Center Systems Developer

Description of Work to Be Performed and the Specific Skill Sets Needed:

The IT Enterprise Contact Center Systems Software Programmer accountable for the following responsibilities.

Duties to include but not limited to:
  • Scripting in our CISCO Enterprise ICM and IVR Environments.
  • Complete Technical Design, Build, Test, Implementation and Support of projects as assigned.
  • Consulting on contact center projects that Scott is both the primary and/or secondary on.
  • Tier 2/3 support of existing contact applications.

All work to be completed onsite unless otherwise agreed upon by Hennepin County.

Skills Required
  • 3-5 years of development and senior technical support experience in the Cisco UCCE, IP-IVR and CUCM environments.
  • Experience providing customer service using call center applications.
  • Experience gathering requirements in a collaborative manner, producing specifications and design in a contact center environment

List of Deliverables:

Capturing requirements, developing, testing, implementing and supporting complex custom IVR and ACD applications for Department Contact Center projects.
