 Tech will provide day to day operational technical support to IT users in a client facing open door service bar model environment.  Candidate needs to be efficient, effective with a can do attitude that inspires confidence.  Candidate needs to be adaptable, able to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities with little fore training or notice.  Must be proficient with Windows 8.1, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 2013 and/or 365, well versed in network connectivity and troubleshooting including both wired and wireless system.  System imaging, deployment, collection, inventory and repairs are required. Candidate should have meaningful experience with Remedy and MyServices Ticket Tracking Systems. Supporting VPN in a secure environment is required.  Must have A+ certification (other certifications helpful) and have own, reliable, transportation.
