This position is responsible for performing a variety of highly confidential environmental, health, safety and training duties for the EHS&T Department. In addition to scheduling and providing overall customer service, this position performs duties such as coordinating/facilitating meetings and training events, purchasing, and serving as a backup to the Local Process Coordinator. 1. Provide high-level/confidential administrative support for EHS&T in areas of Training & Safety and other areas as assigned. 2. Support associate training & development activities, including data entry into Excel, C2C, & SharePoint, scheduling and coordinating/facilitating onsite and offsite STAR and additional EHS&T training, compiles and distributes training materials. 3. Conduct OnBoarding Orientation for new hires as scheduled. 4. Coordinate all ‘Ancillary Training’ for the plant whether either through classroom or Computer Based Training (CBT) venues. 5. Perform all related duties associated with Departmental Learning Administrator (DLA) for the Compliance to Capability (C2C) Learning Management System (LMS). 6. Enterprise Zone Act (EZA) Administrator. 7. Enter Engagement Points for the Engineering Safety Team. 8. Serve as the Accident Incident Reporting System Administrator via EHS Connect for the plant. Responsible for data entry and creating applicable tracking/trending reports as needed. 9. Support Plant Safety Committee/Core Team in the following manner: a. Schedule and attend all monthly meetings b. Ensure room is set up properly for meetings. c. Generate Monthly Safety Quiz/EHS Newsletter d. Prepare monthly metrics e. Assist with monthly and quarterly audits 10. Safety Data Sheet Vault Administrator 11. Assist with PVP team meetings and updates for ECROs. 12. Observe all safety and environmental procedures and GMP/QSR’s.

Quals--
1. Excellent computer skills, to include all MS Office applications. 2. Very good organizational skills. 3. Excellent customer service and speaking/training skills. 4. General knowledge of safety and training principles and practices. 5. Familiar with OSHA Regulations, ANSI Standards and other regulatory compliance organizations. 6. Ability to read, interpret, and communicate policies. 7. Ability to learn and work with computerized LMS and Safety Database. 8. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
