Provide clerical administrative support
Be trustworthy in handling confidential information (preparing new hire folders and filing new hire paperwork)
Make copies and assemble the new hire packets...prepare for Fed Ex’ing
Create / input contingent workforce records in myHospira
Provide assistance in the NEO (New Employee Orientation) class (making copies of ID’s, handing out forms)
Fax direct deposit form and tax forms to the Service Center
Self-motivated and Takes initiative
