This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. May require a Bachelor's degree in a related area and 7-9 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and per-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. 

Workday Functional Consultant - HCM Core Operational Workday Core HCM Functional Support "Roles & Responsibilities 
• Manage incoming case queue and maintain focus on resolving customer cases quickly and effectively in line with service level agreements. 
• Clearly and succinctly document communications to customers using our issue management system. 
• Work directly with customers to research, troubleshoot and resolve HCM process and configuration issues in a timely manner. 
• Test customer problems and resolve issues, often times functioning as the analyst/configurator to determine a solution. 
• Liaison with HRIS functional, technical, and security team members to highlight customer issues and identify solutions. 
• Effectively manage, prioritize and escalate customer issues as required. 
• Author and update applicable SDLC documents (e.g. requirements, testing) 
• Provide status reports to Client Leadership 
Skills Needed 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must 
• Prior Workday HCM work experience is a must 
• Workday HCM certification is preferred 
• Workday report and integration development/troubleshooting is preferred " "2 years minimum 
3 - 5 years preferred"
