  •          Desktop/laptop, hardware/software, deskside support with some basic Apple skills.
  •          Primary role will be tech kiosk (Tech Café) support for user walk ups.  
  •          Includes remote support of Sales users, which is a critical business segment for the client.
  •          There could also be a significant amount of PC/Laptop Windows OS image loading and equipment refresh for end-users.
