Client- Diabetics Care Business Unit is looking for an experienced Data Analyst who is able to turn project requirements into custom-formatted data reports. The ideal candidate for this position is able to do complete life cycle data generation and outline critical information for each Project Manager and overall Business Unit reports. The data analyst will be responsible for importing, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data in order to drive operational decision-making within the business unit. The data analyst’s responsibilities may include presenting data in charts, graphs and tables as well as designing and developing relational databases for collecting data. Data Analyst responsibilities and duties: Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment Use data to create models that depict trends in product planning and execution Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each method analysis Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

Data Analyst qualifications and skills: Analytical Skills: Data analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures and number crunching. Communication Skills: Must communicate well with team members and ancillary resources. Attention to Detail: The conclusions drawn from this data analysis will drive critical departmental initiatives. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. Math Skills: Understanding of basic statistical methods. Educational Requirements: Bachelors of Science in Mathematics or Computer Engineering orr any related fields. • 2+ years’ Data mining experience • 4+ years in a data analyst role Overall Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must have strong analytical skills and an understanding of system databases, data elements, and application software solutions to maximize data gathering and data analysis. Must be able to function independently. Demonstrates good communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
