HR COORDINATOR/SPECIALIST

Trevose, PA


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Provide administrative support for Recruiting and HR Operations
• Complete forms and workflows for payroll systems: MyTime, Kronos, ADP
• Performing data entry and reporting into multiple HRIS systems.
• Unemployment and Disability call and process triage for Employees and HR Team. Case Management entries into ADP for Unemployment
• Provide benefit administration assistance - Answers benefit program and policy questions. Resolves employee benefit issues.
• Prepares reports and analysis on HR metrics
• Ensure all employee files (paper and electronic) are complete and current.
• HRIS new hire and termination processing for assigned groups.
• Assist with vendor invoices and processing payments
• Triage for HR Operational vendors such as: ADP, Sedgwick, CHS, Healthcare, Client, Healthcare, Met Life, Wage works etc..., complete forms and funnel activities to appropriate sources.
• Assist with recruiting and staffing from internal and external sources, including job postings (creates reqs), pre-employment, applicant tracking, candidate scheduling, distributes job postings, coordinates and records drug tests, MVR, background checks, and supports logistics of scheduling career fairs and info sessions
• Coordinate and oversee company sponsored events, employee functions and HR projects as assigned.
• Various HR projects and processes

QUALIFICATIONS – BASIC AND DESIRED:
• 1+ years in a support role within an HR Department required
• HRIS experience preferred, including report queries.
• Experience exporting data and creating MS Excel reports to include Pivot tables, charts & graphs.
• MS Word & PowerPoint experience required.
• Experience in preparing agendas, scheduling meetings & events required.
• Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to listen and understand and to convey information through speaking and writing
• Must have good professional acumen when interacting with internal customers
• Ability to quickly develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
• Must be available to work overtime
• Performs additional duties as assigned
