  • Responsible for installation, integration and service of both company and multi-vendor systems which include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
  • Responsible for achieving strong client satisfaction.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of company service solutions.
  • Functions as integration project leader when assigned. Verifies that proposed as well as existing client hardware/software configurations can function per requirements.
  • Must be client's focal point for any project related issue(s).
  • Fully qualified field engineer.
  • High degree of troubleshooting.
