Premier Plastic Surgery and MedSpa seek an experienced Physician Assistant to join their highly successful multi-site practice.

Our Surgeon has been recognized over multiple years as "Top Doctor " in New Jersey and national publications, in addition to features in Allure and New Beauty Magazine. He has also pioneered state of the art, FDA-approved fat reduction procedure, which allows for a more efficient and comfortable surgery.

Job Description:

o Physician Assistant will support the Surgeon in the OR, as well as cross-training in MedSpa as needed.

o Physician Assistant will assist and supervise consultations and surgical processes as needed.

o Physician Assistant will communicate with patients by phone and in person, and explain procedures, calm the patient's nerves, and answer any questions, so the patient is prepared and relaxed when going in for surgery.

o The Physician Assistant will liaise between Surgeon and patient on pre- and post-op care.

o Physician Assistant will consult, educate, and administer Botox, Filler, Laser, and other MedSpa treatments.

o Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the entire process.


o $115,000-$130,000/year base salary

o Commission and bonuses based on volume/type of surgical procedures and MedSpa performance ($15,000-$25,000/year average)

Hours of Work:


6:30/7:30 Start Time

5 PM End Time

Full Time 40 hours/week


o 3+ years of Physician Assistant experience required

o 1+ years of Physician Assistant experience in Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, or Reconstructive Surgery required

o MedSpa experience, including Botox/Filler, Lasers, Coolsculpt, and other MedSpa treatments preferred.

o Positive, polished, and professional demeanor.

o Flexible team player with a focus on providing an excellent patient experience in line with practice standards.
