• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

• At least 4 years of experience in Contact Center space with Quality Assurance
• Experience in Genesys call routing, WFM, CTI/custom softphone applications, IVRs validation.
• Experience in developing automation strategy with CYARA and Selenium
• Experience in Agile QA process with tools such as JIRA & MTM
• Experience in defining test scenarios, test plans and set up test environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
