• Should have expert knowledge on ORS Voice Architecture and call flow.
• Should have expert knowledge on Voice, Email, Chat Strategy development using IRD
• Proficient in designing solutions with Genesys Framework and components.
• Proficient in Troubleshooting TSRv, SIP Server, URS, StatServer, InxServer, UCS Logs
• Experience in CCPulse, GA,GAX, Agent Desktop, Webservices
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
