Basic Qualification

•Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
•At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

•Atleast 3 year of experience with Microfocus Enterprise Server Administration preferred with version 2.3 on Windows Platform.
•Experience with CICS administration & VSAM file administration & maintenance in Mainframe Enterprise Rehosted application.
•Atleast 2 years' experience with Microfoscus Administration of Microsoft Host Integration Server and Active Directory security.
•Atleast 1 experience with Power shell scripts
Atleast 1 experience in managing & migrating large enterprise Mainframe Application Stack on Micro focus
•Experience with platform with strong middleware experience with troubleshooting skills in Production Environment.
•Experience with IBM WebSphere MQ, LRS Output Management (VPSX & PageCenterX), Microsoft Team Foundation Server setup, deployment and maintenance & day-to-day support are preferred
•Knowledge in AWS required, Experience with manage weekly hotfix upgrade and managed weekly application maintenance AWS task .
•Experience with Implementation of IT industry standard best practices for Microfocus Enterprise Server, Invoice Retrieval application and Documentation
• Knowledge on ITIL Process preferred (Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management).
•Able to work in 24/7 on-call support for production environment
•Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
•Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
•Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing s
•Analytical and communication skills
•Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call " support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects
