 Preferred:
•At least 4 years of experience in Nice Call Recording and Analytic Solutions
•At least 3 years of experience demonstrated Nice call recording Implementation, Integration and Migration.
•NICE Call Recording Certifications preferred.
•At least 1 years' experience with Web applications and Call Center Data requirements
•At least 1 years' experience in  Project life cycle.
•Basic understanding of Contact Center Telephony Architecture, Standards and Practices are preferred.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
 •Communication and Analytical skills
